Paw Print Pet Memorial Slate

Their name on real slate, with a paw print and the words you would say to them.

• Natural slate, 10 by 8 inches, with rough chipped edges
• Their name in a flowing script and their years
• A paw print, In Loving Memory Of and a two-line verse
• Stands on its own on a shelf, mantel or desk
• Made for a dog or a cat

The house goes quiet in a particular way after a pet is gone. No collar jingling down the hall, no one waiting by the door. This slate gives them a place again: on the shelf beside their old collar, on the mantel, on the corner of the desk where they used to sleep at your feet.

The design is simple on purpose. A paw print at the top, IN LOVING MEMORY OF, their name in a large flowing script, their years, a small heart, and two lines at the bottom: Your paw prints are forever pressed upon our hearts. The laser turns the dark slate a soft pale grey, so the words read clearly from across the room, inside a thin double border.

It is also a gentle sympathy gift for a friend who just said goodbye. Something with their pet's name on it tells them you remember too.

How to personalize

1. Type your pet's name exactly the way you called them (up to 14 characters).
2. Add their years if you like, such as 2012 to 2026. Leave it blank and that line is left off.

We engrave exactly what you type, so check the spelling before you add it to your cart. Our team laser-engraves every slate by hand in Monroe, Connecticut.

Questions

Is it for a dog or a cat?
Either. The paw print and the verse fit any pet, and their name makes it theirs.

Can it go outdoors?
No, it is an indoor keepsake. The slate is sealed for indoor display, so keep it inside on a shelf, mantel or desk.

What if I do not know the exact years?
Leave the years blank and we engrave just their name, or type a single year such as 2026.
