Some families want a memorial that looks like a framed tribute. This urn keeps it simple and dignified: In Loving Memory Of at the top, their name large in serif capitals, the years beneath a thin rule, and a few words in script with a small paw print at the bottom.

The double border frames everything like a keepsake plaque, so it sits well beside their photo on a mantel, a desk or a dresser. It suits a big dog or a small cat equally well.

Choosing a Size

A common guide is 1 cubic inch of space for every pound your pet weighed. The small urn holds about 23 cubic inches and suits cats and small dogs up to about 20 lb. The large urn holds about 54 cubic inches and suits dogs up to about 50 lb. If you are between sizes, choose the large. For a pet over 50 lb, the large urn can keep a portion of the ashes as a keepsake.

How to Personalize

  1. Type your pet's name exactly as you want it (up to 14 characters). It is engraved in capitals, so two short names like Max & Bella fit.
  2. Add a line under the name if you like, usually the years, such as 2010 to 2026 (up to 22 characters, engraved in capitals).
  3. Add a bottom line if you like, such as Forever in our hearts (up to 24 characters, engraved in a flowing script).
  4. Pick the size: small for pets up to about 20 lb, large for pets up to about 50 lb.
